Soft were assigned by leading Swedish contact center vendor Releasy to digitalize and brand their online business system for information, HR services, and inbound sales.
Together we created the subsidiary and brand Indicate me. Soft assisted with the company name, we designed the logotype and the brand manual, we wrote the copy to all texts and designed and developed the company's website. We assisted with photography and filming. We did the UX to the application and the design and integration of the real-time graphic engine HiCharts and more.
The First Sketch Was a Billboard
An early sketch of an ad on a billboard with the key message, logotype mockup, and some graphic design was decisive for Releasy when they made the decision to go ahead with the project and invest in the subsidiary. Within six months we had the web site and the online application ready for launch, from a front-end perspective. Today all of Releasy's clients use the application Indicate me in their daily work and they are selling it abroad.

Indicate me is an online business system for contact centers. Based on recordings from telephone calls and chat logs etc all aspects of contact center operations can be displayed with real time graphics about productivity, quality and up sales etc. Indicate me is a subsidiarie to Sweden's leading contact center vendor Releasy with national clients like Aftonbladet, SL and C More.
